BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) -- The Padre Hotel held a ribbon cutting ceremony for its new event venue Thursday. The Clover Room takes over the space once occupied by The Prospect lounge and restaurant. Six months since child sex assault allegations emerged against Zack Scrivner, yet still no updates on investigation Padre Hotel owner said the Clover Room can be booked for private events and will also be used for events put on by the Padre. The "Ghouls Gone Wild" party is set to use the space this Saturday beginning at 8 p.m. A Thanksgiving and Christmas dinners are also in the works, along with a New Years Eve celebration.
