CHICOPEE, Mass. (WWLP) - First Ave, which intersects with Burnett Road in Chicopee, is closed due to a deadly motor vehicle crash Friday morning. Minor injuries reported in three-car crash in Springfield Chicopee Police Officer Travis Odiorne told 22News that one person had died following a multi-vehicle crash involving a tractor-trailer. Drivers are being asked to seek an alternate route at this time. Traffic along Burnett Road is slowly moving due to the crash.
