CENTRAL FALLS, R.I. (WLNE) — An arrest has been made in the Thursday shooting death of a 14-year-old girl in Central Falls, according to the Central Falls Police Department. Moises Maldonado, 18, of Central Falls was arrested and arraigned in Providence District Court Friday and is charged with manslaughter and a firearms charge.  This is a developing story, stay with ABC6 for further developments.
