UPDATE @ 12:25 P.M. The Oklahoma City Fire Department says the three-alarm apartment fire from Friday morning is now fully out. At this time, there is only one confirmed victim as a result of the fire. A total of 16 units in the apartment building were damaged in the fire, according to OKCFD. UPDATE @ 12:05 P.M. McIntyre Law Chopper 4 pilot Mason Dunn reports from over the scene that firefighters have managed to extinguish the majority of the flames. Several cars near the building were also burned as a result of the fire. The condition of the person reportedly pulled from the apartment building is unknown at this time. ORIGINAL STORY OKLAHOMA CITY (KFOR) — Firefighters responded to a three-alarm apartment fire near Britton and N Council Road on Friday morning. Video from McIntyre Law Chopper 4 shows the firefighters battling heavy flames and smoke at the two-story apartment building. Part of the roof has collapsed as a result of the fire. At least one person has been pulled from the building and taken to the hospital. Firefighters are reportedly evacuating neighboring apartment buildings as they continue battling the blaze.
