LEXINGTON, Ky. (ABC36 NEWS NOW) – With Halloween just around the corner, Transylvania University is gearing up to celebrate with its annual PumpkinMania Festival. According to event organizers, festivities kick off Sunday morning with a pumpkin-carving event from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. on campus, complete with food trucks on site for attendees. The PumpkinMania festival runs through Thursday, October 31, showcasing Transylvania’s renowned campus jack-o’-lantern display, where hundreds of creatively carved pumpkins will light up the campus in a festive Halloween display.
