LCPD said at approximately 8 a.m. on Oct. 24, a female victim was sitting inside her vehicle while parked in a desert area when a Hispanic male forcibly entered the vehicle, kidnapping the victim and drove away with the victim still inside the vehicle. The suspect is described as a "dark-complected" Hispanic male, approximately 5-foot-6, 160 pounds, thin build and with tattoos on both arms, according to LCPD. LCPD said a distinctive tattoo of the word "Payaso" or "Pay" is located on the suspect's right hand. He was last seen wearing a black muscle shirt and spoke only in Spanish.
