BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) -- The U.S. Marshals Task Force is asking the community to help locate a parolee wanted for failing to register as a sex offender. Cecil Vann, 55, is currently wanted and has a criminal history including domestic violence, resisting arrest, indecent exposure with a minor and felon in possession of a firearm, Marshals said. Vann is also a participant in a criminal street gang. Monster swordfish breaks California record Marshals describe Vann to be 5 feet, 3 inches tall and weighing about 200 pounds.
