ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) — In a world of AI on the rise, advancing health equity through contact center technology is the goal over at Wilmac Technologies.
They held a panel called Digital Health in the Contact Center Thursday, welcoming community members from the health care field to join in.
During the panel, they shared statistics about the digital divide facing some communities. Panelists included health care leaders, IT professionals, and technology innovators who discussed the impact of health care investments.
All attendees received a digital health assessment to help them better understand current technologies.
