(KRON) -- Police and emergency personnel are responding to Downtown Berkeley for the report of shots fired, the Berkeley Police Department said. The shooting happened at Berkeley Way and Henry Street on 2:31 p.m. Thursday afternoon. One victim arrived at a hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. There is police presence in the area. BPD is investigating the shooting and found several bullet casings in the area. There is no apparent threat to public safety, BPD said. This is a developing story. Stay tuned for updates.
