WICHITA, Kan. (KSNW) -- Hunter Health is getting a boost for significant expansion plans at its Central and Grove location. The Mabee Foundation has awarded a challenge grant to help with the project. The grant gives Hunter Health a year to raise the remaining $5.03 million needed. Hunter Health plans to transform the corner of Central and Grove to become a destination for better health. Its Community Wellness Center would provide more space for services, a health education center, additional clinical services, fitness programming and equipment, child education spaces, and more.
