Days since last measurable rainfall: 11 Conditions are dry in Rhode Island, with parts of Massachusetts entering Moderate levels of drought. The dry stretch is set to continue here across southern New England– great for the sake of your outdoor plans, but we are getting to the point where we could really use the rain. No such thing as we head to the last day of the workweek. After an above-average Thursday, temperatures will dip back toward average tonight, with lows in the low 40s. Tomorrow will be right where we should be as well, with highs across Rhode Island and Massachusetts in the low 60s. Temperatures remain in the low to mid 60s on Saturday with plenty of sunshine. A cold front will pass through New England as we head into Sunday, but that front is pretty weak in terms of moisture. So weak, in fact, that at this point, I don’t foresee more than some clouds. On the flip side, the front will help to usher in more cool air from the north, sending high temperatures into the 50s on Sunday and Monday. At this point, our next real chance of rain looks like it won’t be until the start of November! Categories: News, Weather Forecast Tags: news
