Authorities team up for traffic safety enforcement

OKLAHOMA CITY (KFOR) - The Oklahoma City Police Department (OKCPD) announced it is joining other law enforcement agencies Oklahoma Highway Patrol, Village Police Department, Nichols Hills Police Department, & Oklahoma County Sheriff Office ensuring traffic safety inside the metro starting in October.
OKCPD officials say the joint traffic safety event will kick off in the N. Penn. Corridor starting October 27th - November 2nd. The corridor is top 8 high risk crash locations in Oklahoma City, according to police.
Authorities are reminding drivers to follow traffic laws and drive safe.
