MEMPHIS, Tenn. -- Memphis Police say that while they were helping a shooting victim in South Memphis, another shooting victim crashed into two police cars.
Around 11:30 p.m. Wednesday night, officers were responding to a shooting at Mason Street and East EH Crump Boulevard, where they found a man lying on the south side of the street.

MPD says there is no suspect information available at this time.
A woman that lives nearby said she heard the events unfold and saw the silver, overturned car during the shooting. Although, it is unclear if the two incidents are related.
"I seen some people walking in the field and then after that, it was like a shootout. And I heard at least over 30 rounds. I'm going to say about 35 to 40," she said.
