BIRMINGHAM, Al. (ABC36 NEWS NOW)- Georgia Amoore is a Preseason All-SEC First Team selection for the upcoming season as voted on by the conference’s coaches. A week and a half ago, Amoore was named on the All-SEC First Team which is voted on by the media. The Australian point guard is Head Coach Kenny Brooks’ right hand within his team since the two were at Virginia Tech together for four years. Last season in Blacksburg, Amoore was an All-American averaging almost 19 points and seven assists per game.
