AUSTIN (KXAN) — A nurse practitioner has been accused of sexually assaulting patients at two West Lake Hills clinics over the course of several years, according to arrest warrant affidavits obtained by KXAN. Police said Caleb Greer, 31, "groomed" both victims and sexually assaulted them during ketamine treatments in the clinic between 2019 and 2022, the affidavit states. Attorney information wasn't listed for Greer, as of Thursday afternoon. KXAN is working to find that information and will reach out for a statement on the accusations. Greer has not been arrested, according to court records. In April, the Texas Board of Nursing issued an order of temporary suspension against Greer, writing that the claims were substantiated and that he was "an imminent threat to the public welfare," according to documents obtained by KXAN. KXAN reached out to both clinics named in the affidavit for comment. We will update this story when statements are received. Both victims reported the alleged assaults to authorities in 2024, according to court documents. Accusations from 2019 One victim told police the first incident happened in July 2019 while receiving ketamine treatment. The alleged assault continued through September 2019, according to the affidavit. The victim described that therapy "as a sedative used in surgery but also for depression and anxiety," according to court documents. While doing this therapy, the victim said they felt "disassociated," had "out of body" experiences and could not move or walk. The affidavit said Greer told the Texas Nursing Board "the victim made up the statement" of accusations. Accusations in 2022, 2023 Another victim told police Greer assaulted them during ketamine treatment in 2022 and 2023, the affidavit said. The victim provided police with "a chain of emails" between Greer and the victim, where Greer said he "jeopardized the relationship," court documents said. "I let my primal instinct nature take the driver's seat and did not think about the consequences," Greer wrote to the victim according to the affidavit. The affidavit said the victim recorded a conversation with Greer. During the conversation, the victim confronted him again, and Greer took responsibility and apologized for his actions, the affidavit said.
