NATIONAL HARBOR, Md. (DC News Now) -- Halloween is quickly approaching and if you want to get a head start on celebrating we have just the event for you. National Harbor's annual Harbor Halloween is Sunday, Oct. 27."There is something for everyone from trick-or-treating, a pumpkin carving contest to a Pawrade," said Deborah Topcik, Director of Marketing National Harbor.From trick-or-treating to pumpkin carving, the National Harbor will transform for the spooky season with a sea of events for the family and friends to dive into. Starting around 2:45 p.m., the "Pet Pawrade" will kick off at the Plaza Stage for a costume contest for your four-legged friends. Prizes will be awarded for best costume, most creative costume and more.
