MANHATTAN (KSNT) - A 31-year-old was arrested on Wednesday in Manhattan on numerous charges, including murder in the first degree. A Riley County Police Department (RCPD) report states that at 3:52 p.m. on Oct. 23, Antwajuane Jerome McNeil of Ogden was taken into custody under a probable cause arrest. The arrest came in connection to an Oct. 19 shooting that was reported in the 700 block of North 4th Street in Manhattan. When officers arrived at the scene they found 58-year-old Don Stovall who was later pronounced dead. On Wednesday, the RCPD executed a search warrant in the 300 block of Eighth Street in Ogden. McNeil was arrested in connection with the incident on probable cause offenses of murder, kidnapping and other offenses. He was arrested on charges of: Murder in the first degree. Kidnapping. Murder in the first degree; premeditated. Aggravated assault; use of a deadly weapon. Aggravated burglary. Criminal discharge of a firearm in an occupied dwelling with great bodily harm.
