NEW ORLEANS (WGNO) - Are you ready for it? More nice weather arrives this weekend for the Taylor Swift concert series. Temperatures will be ideal to show off your best Taylor inspired outfits without having to worry about toting around a jacket that covers up all of your friendship bracelets. Thursday evening will be clear with temperatures near 80 by 6 p.m. Clear skies overnight with lows falling to 65 degrees. On Friday afternoon, highs will rise into the middle 80s under sunny skies. This is well above our normal temperature for late October, but even with 80s in the forecast... it's far from feeling like our 'cruel summer' in New Orleans. 'You said it in a simple way 4 a.m. the second day' of the concert series will have very similar weather to the day before. Overnight we fall into the middle 60s with calm winds. There is a chance of patchy fog building in. Along with the lights from the dome and all of the added glitter and glam in the city, it may just look like 'lavender haze' waking up early the next morning. Depending on how much you 'shook it off' on Bourbon Street after the concert, you may be waking up in the 'morning at his place' having 'burnt toast, Sunday'. Skies will be clear in the morning with temperatures near 68 by 8 a.m. Later, it will feel 'like a perfect night for breakfast at midnight' as skies remain clear and temperatures fall to near 70 degrees.
