MEMPHIS, Tenn. -- Human remains were discovered on Interstate 40 in West Memphis, Arkansas Wednesday night, according to the Arkansas State Police. The ASP says the remains were discovered around 4:30 p.m. at the 280-mile marker of I-40. The Arkansas State Crime Lab will do an autopsy to determine the victim's identity and the manner and cause of death.
