Richmond, KY (ABC 36 NEWS NOW) – A Richmond man, Derek Hahn, 36, is set to appear in court next week after being arrested on child pornography charges. According to the Madison County Sheriff’s Office, Hahn was taken into custody on Tuesday. He is accused of uploading a video containing explicit images of a child online. Court records indicate that Hahn’s arraignment is scheduled for Monday. Authorities are continuing their investigation into the case.
