(AP Photo/Matt Rourke, File)   BISHOPVILLE, S.C. (WOLO)– A victim was taken to a hospital after Bishopville Police Officers say they responded to reports of multiple gunshots being fired. Officers say the calls reported the shooting on Wednesday afternoon, Oct. 23, in the area of W. Cedar Lane. And within moments another call reported a gunshot victim on Munnerlyn Street. Officers and EMS responded to assist the victim. The victim was taken by helicopter to Palmetto Richland Hospital, says Bishopville Police. The police department is actively investigating the incident. Anyone with information pertaining to the case is asked to call the Bishopville Police Department at 803-484-5309.
