ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) — A water main break on Reynolds Street is impacting water service to multiple properties, including a school and R-Center. According to the City of Rochester, the water main break is impacting water service to Dr. Charles T. Lunsford School No. 19, the Willie Walker Lightfoot R-Center on Flint Street, and around 30 other properties. The City says they will be closing that R-Center for the day. The Rochester City School District has closed School No. 19 due to the water main break. Reynolds Street between Flint Street and Seward Street will be closed as repairs continue through the day. Flint Street will remain open. It is expected that the water main break will be fixed by the end of the day. Stay with News 8 WROC as we continue to update this developing story.
