MEMPHIS, Tenn. -- A 19-year old is being accused of shooting a man multiple times in the parking lot of a North Memphis Business earlier this month. Tyreone Flemmons is charged with Criminal Attempt Second Degree Murder, Criminal Attempt Especially Aggravated Robbery, Employment of a Firearm During the Commission of a Dangerous Felony, and Reckless Endangerment with a Deadly Weapon. The victim was found inside the back of the store with multiple gunshot wounds to his abdoman. The victim later told police that he and another man were sitting in a car on the parking lot talking when Flemmons walked up to his window, pulled a gun on him, and said "give me everything you got." MLGW worker robbed on the job in South Memphis Reports say he and Flemmons then wresteled over the gun, and the victim was shot multiple times. The victim said that even after he was shot, Flemmons tried to strangle him before he ran away on foot. Flemmons was picked out of a six-person photo lineup as the man responsible for the shooting. He was taken into custody on Wednesday and is being held on a $500,000 bond for a long list of previous charges from multiple cases. His bond for this case has not yet been set, but he is scheduled to appear in court on Thursday morming.
