ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – The Albuquerque Police Department arrested 44-year-old Jamaal Davis who is accused of an October 14 murder. APD said Davis kidnapped 33-year-old Daniel Brown and then shot him as Brown was running across Eubank Blvd. on October 14. Family of mom killed in hit-and-run in Santa Fe speaks out Detectives said surveillance video showed a suspect walking with Brown which they believe to be Davis. Davis was charged with murder and kidnapping among other charges.
