TULSA, Okla. (KFOR) — Benjamin Glaze, a former "American Idol" contestant, was arrested in Tulsa, Oklahoma, last week after authorities say they found hundreds of images and videos of child pornography on a smartphone in his home. The Tulsa Police Sexual Predator/Digital Evidence Recovery Unit says it received a tip about Glaze, 26, back in April 2024, claiming that he was in possession of child porn. While executing a search warrant on Glaze's home, investigators reported finding over 700 images and videos of child sexual abuse material on a smartphone. Benjamin Isaac Dewitt Glaze. (Tulsa Police Department) Glaze was arrested on Friday and booked into the Tulsa County Jail on a felony charge of aggravated possession of child sexual abuse material. He has since been released from jail after posting a $50,000 bond, according to court records.
