APPLETON, Wis. (WFRV) - Early voting entered its second day in Wisconsin, but technical issues are still causing significant delays in some areas. The City of Appleton confirmed in a press release that the state's system used for in-person absentee voting is experiencing substantial slowdowns, leading to longer wait times for voters.
