Local Living: “NotSoSpooky” Halloween Stroll, Boo at the Zoo, Gaston PD’s Boo Bash, Deceased Farm Haunted Attraction

COLUMBIA, S.C. (WOLO)— In today’s look at Local Living, the Richland Library is hosting a “Not-So-Spooky” Halloween Stroll.
There will be fun and festive encounters as you trick-or-treat at participating businesses on Main Street.
It takes place on Thursday, October 24, from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. The event is free and open to the public.
And it is getting spooky at Riverbanks Zoo.
Boo at the Zoo goes through Oct. 30, from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. each day.
The event is full of fun activities including an Eery Freaky DJ dance party, a mummy maze, and of course trick-or-treating throughout the zoo.
The Gaston Police Department is hosting its Boo Bash this Saturday. The Oct. 26, is from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. at the Gaston Town Hall on North Carlisle Street.
Take the kids for a fun trick-or-treating experience. There will be many vendors in attendance and costumes are recommended. The event is free to attend.
Or if you want to take a trip through a scary farm, look no further.
The Deceased Farm Haunted Attraction event is going through Nov. 2, at Olde Farm Road in Lexington.
It’s a self-guided tour through 6 terrifying buildings, 3 intense outdoor areas and of course creepy corn fields.
It’s from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 24, 7 p.m. to 11 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 25, and Saturday, Oct. 26.
On Sunday, Oct. 27, it is from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m.
