  COLUMBIA, S.C. (WOLO)– Governor Henry McMaster loves to say that the state’s economy is booming. And now the Palmetto State has a new trade partner thanks to a new bill signed on Wednesday, Oct. 23, at the Statehouse by the governor. The South Carolina Ireland Trade Commission bill creates bilateral trade and investment between the state and the republic. The big received bipartisan support this past legislative session.
