(COLORADO SPRINGS) — A new pregnancy center will be providing services to eastern Colorado Springs starting Thursday, Oct. 24. The Colorado Springs Pregnancy Center, located on Meridian Road, held a ribbon cutting hosted by Colorado Springs non-profit Life Network on Wednesday, with an inside look at the facility. This fourth location of the Colorado Springs Pregnancy Center will provide free services such as pregnancy testing, ultrasounds, STD testing, and parenting education to empower families on their new journey. Through its parenting education programs, clients meet regularly with a parenting coach and earn materials and resources they will need, such as a crib, car seat, diapers, baby clothes, and more, made possible by local donors. "We anticipate this center... will support at least 500 patients annually with no-cost, life-affirming medical care." This center will further Life Network's mission to serve moms, dads, and children in Colorado Springs, empowering them to make healthy choices for their pregnancy through free services and support. The center is located at 7165 Meridian Road, near the intersection of Meridian and East Woodmen Road.
