Mild fall pattern, cooler end to week
Oct 23, 2024
Central Ohio Weather and Radar
High pressure over the Appalachians will provide one more day of temperatures in the mid-70s, with a balmy southwesterly breeze. Sunshine will mix with clouds this evening.
A cold front will slide through the region early tonight, but without any moisture to work with, so the weather will remain dry, as low pressure passes across the Great Lakes. Morning readings will fall back to the crisp low 40s.
Thursday will be partly cloudy and fall-like, with afternoon readings falling back into the low 60s. A weak disturbance will bring in some clouds and a chance for spotty showers Friday, along with a brief warmup.
Afternoon temperatures will fall back into the upper 50s and low 60s during the weekend behind a cold front. High pressure will build southward across the region, providing fair skies and chilly mornings through early next week.
