He also participates in cycling events in Cyprus, such as the 2024 INEX Charity Ride held on May 18. He served as the primary sponsor supporting the welfare of young aspiring professional cyclists.  “Cycling has become one of my favourite things to do. I love how it helps me maintain my physical fitness and reconnect with my first love, which makes me joyful every time,” Makarov shares.  A Healthy Mind for a Healthy Body While prioritizing physical activity is essential, Makarov also recognizes that a healthy body starts with a healthy mind. He understands that maintaining a positive attitude and outlook is just as important as exercising regularly.
