Defense Secretary Austin confirms reports that North Korean troops are in Russia

Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin on Wednesday said the evidence is now clear that North Korean military troops are on the ground in Russia and could eventually find themselves on the front lines in Ukraine. Mr. Austin told reporters in Rome that it would be "very, very serious" if the North Korean troops were preparing to fight alongside Russian troops.
