Wegmans is recalling multiple breakfast foods due to potential Listeria contamination.The Upstate New York-based grocery store chain announced a recall affecting more than a dozen Wegmans-brand frozen waffles and pancakes that may be contaminated by the listeria bacteria. It comes days after a similar recall for hundreds of frozen waffles and related products sold in Walmart, Target and other stores over listeria risks.
