Brad Simpson, the husband of missing Olmos Park realtor Suzanne Clark Simpson, is facing two new charges as authorities continue to investigate his wife's disappearance, court records show. The Bexar County Sheriff’s Office on Tuesday charged Brad Simpson with tampering or fabricating with physical evidence and possession of a prohibited weapon, both felonies. The Olmos Park Police Department and the Texas Rangers on Tuesday also arrested James Val Lee Cotter, a business associate of Brad Simpson’s, charging him with tampering with evidence with intent to hinder an investigation.
