PADEN, Okla. (KFOR) - The Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation is looking into a fatal shooting in Okfuskee County. According to the OSBI, the Okfuskee County Sheriff's Office asked for the bureau's help on October 22 regarding a shooting. Around 9:30 a.m. that morning, deputies responded to a reported shooting near State Highway 62 and North 3600 Road in Paden. Upon arrival, they found 39-year-old Kyle Turner dead from an apparent gunshot wound. Officials say the investigation led special agents to 40-year-old Michelle Turner. She was arrested and booked into the Okfuskee County Jail, but official charges are pending. No more information is available as the investigation continues.
