PONCHATOULA, La. (WGNO) — Sometimes it takes Taylor Swift.
That's if you really want to Shake It Off.
That's what school custodian Tim Richardson did at Ponchatoula High School.
He was inspired to reach out to help a student who has autism.
WGNO Good Morning New Orleans features reporter Bill Wood heads to Ponchatoula to tell the tale.

Tim reached out to Evan Grossnickle.
He's 15 years old.
When Tim noticed that Evan didn't seem to have as many friends as Tim thought he really could have, Tim knew just what to do.
In the spirit of Taylor Swift, Tim invited Evan to Shake It Off.
And they did.
And they recorded the whole dance moment and posted it online.
Now, the whole world sees them and knows that Evan really does have a new friend.
