FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) The woman killed in a three-vehicle crash east of downtown Fort Wayne last Friday has been identified. The Allen County Coroner's Office determined that Robin Ann Pagley, 51, of Decatur, Indiana died from multiple blunt force injuries. Pagley was pronounced dead at the scene after the vehicle she was driving collided with a Fort Wayne Fire Department vehicle making an emergency run at the intersection of Maumee Avenue and South Anthony Boulevard just before 4:15 p.m. One other vehicle was involved in the crash.
