    South Carolina (26-8, 13-5 SEC) (AP)– South Carolina made its first NCAA Tournament appearance in seven years with a surprise run of success in the Southeastern Conference. Despite the transfer of leading scorer Meechie Johnson, the Gamecocks and coach Lamont Paris, behind sophomore Collin Murray-Boyles, look to get deeper in the postseason after their first-round loss a season ago. Players to watch Collin Murray-Boyles (sophomore F, 6-8, 10.4 ppg, 5-7 rpg). Murray-Boyles was a freshman who used his relentless style to fuel his team’s 13 wins in SEC play including victories over ranked opponents in Kentucky and Tennessee.
