Disabled CARTA bus slows traffic in Mount Pleasant

UPDATE: The roadway has reopened. -- MOUNT PLEASANT, S.C. (WCBD) – A disabled CARTA bus is impacting traffic in Mount Pleasant on Wednesday morning. The Mount Pleasant Police Department said the right lane on Highway 17 North at Houston Northcutt Boulevard is closed because of the malfunctioning bus. People are asked to use caution in the area.
