BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) -- The shakeup might be over for Arvin City Council after council members finally made a decision on the vacant seat. The council meeting tonight, another fiery one, with back and forth arguments between public commenters, council members, the mayor, and the only mayoral candidate. "They did a motion to provide direction, or not provide direction to the City Manager, to not call a special meeting." said Arvin City Attorney Nathan Hodges.
