RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) -- The five candidates running for Richmond mayor will take part in their final debate of the election season on Wednesday night. The candidates are going to focus on what they say are the five most critical public policy topics: youth and families, community safety, transportation, housing and the environment.  All five candidates -- Andreas Addison, Danny Avula, Michelle Mosby, Maurice Neblett and Harrison Roday -- are expected to be there.   The event will start at 6 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 23 at the Virginia Museum of History and Culture, located at 428 North Arthur Ashe Boulevard in Richmond.
