SUMMERVILLE, S.C. (WCBD) - Multiple crews responded to an overnight structure fire in Summerville, shutting down roadways for Wednesday morning commuters. Pine Ridge Fire Rescue reported receiving an alert about a possible structure fire on Ashland Drive around 11:11 p.m. Upon arrival, crews found a two-story structure fire at 1909 N. Main Street, with heavy fire involvement on the second floor. Responding agencies include Pine Ridge Fire Department, C&B Fire Department, Central Berkeley Fire Department, Caromi Fire, Summerville Fire, Berkeley County EMS, and Berkeley County Sheriff's Office.
