A delivery driver is under investigation by UPS after allegedly leaving small flags in support of Donald Trump's presidential run on the front lawn of a Davis home that had yard signs in support of Kamala Harris's campaign.  The homeowner explains that she has a personal reason to support Vice President Harris and is disappointed that someone would not respect her right to express her political views on her property. Shelly Bailes said she removed around 10 of the small Trump flags on October 18 after surveillance video from her home captured the driver placing them after dropping off a package across the street. "I have a right to vote for whom or support whom I want," Bailes said to FOX40.com. Davis Police declined to be interviewed but said they will not be considering trespassing charges. Bailes is a gay rights activist and said she will never forget Harris's support for same-sex marriage in California.  Bailes and her late wife made history as one of the first gay couples to be married in Yolo County. They were together for 46 years. "They wanted to wait 10 days before people could start getting married and Kamala said, 'No, They waited long enough,'" Bailes said. "She actually stuck up for us."  Bailes is calling for an end to political parties pointing fingers.  "There's so much animosity and hate going on, and it's not right. We have a right to vote for whoever we want," she said. Bailes said she hopes that some action is taken so that the driver can never do this again.
