Syracuse, N.Y. — A Syracuse man beat another man Friday and stole his gold chain worth thousands of dollars, police said.Tyrone M. Johnson, 38, was arrested and charged with second-degree robbery, second-degree assault, third-degree grand larceny and fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon.
