Several cars shot up in Cordova Rafferty's parking lot

MEMPHIS, Tenn. — Police say several cars parked at a Germantown Parkway restaurant were shot and broken into Monday night.
Police responded to the shooting at Rafferty's at 505 N. Germantown Parkway at 7:45.
The first victim told police he was inside the restaurant when he heard shots fired, and heard other people inside saying that vehicles were being broken into. When he came outside, he saw an unknown man shooting a gun in the parking lot.
The shooter ran to a black Mercedes SUV that sped off southbound on Germantown. Other witnesses nearby reported seeing the same suspect getting into the Mercedes after the shooting.
Crash leads to shootout, two injured
The victim said the rear passenger window of his Dodge Charger was busted out and several shots had been fired at the rear window. A pistol was stolen from underneath the seats.
Two other vehicles in the parking lot, an Acura and an Infiniti, had also been shot, police said.
No one was injured.
