(Jeff Motz/KFOR News)Rudy Guerra (Courtesy of Lancaster County Corrections) LINCOLN–(KFOR Oct. 22)–A 39-year-old Lincoln man was arrested following a hit and run around 9pm Monday at 9th and “G” Street. Lincoln Police Lt. Jason Goodwin tells KFOR News Rudy Guerra was southbound in his car and hit another car while switching lanes. The victim’s car then hit a utility pole, which Goodwin said was sheared off and hanging from an adjoining pole. A passenger in the victim’s vehicle was taken to the hospital with non life-threatening injuries. Guerra ran from the area and was later found at his home, where he was arrested for leaving the scene of an injury accident and DUI.
