LEXINGTON, Ky. — Firefighters from the Lexington Fire Department have returned from deployments to assist victims of Hurricanes Helene and Milton. District Chief Chris Warren, Captain Nick Bodkin, Firefighter Jordan Brown, and Firefighter Kelley Harris returned over the weekend from their work in North Carolina and Florida. The fire department reported that the crew contributed to search, rescue, and recovery operations during their time in the affected areas.
