Irsay posted on social media Tuesday that he is giving away four free tickets to the pop megastar's Saturday, Nov. 2 show at Lucas Oil Stadium in downtown Indy. The billionaire owner also said he would buy the winner dinner at Wisanggeni Pawon on E. 71st St. Irsay said that only one winner will be chosen to receive the four tickets.
