Democratic vice presidential hopeful Gov. Tim Walz (Minn.) will join former President Obama at a campaign rally for Vice President Harris in Wisconsin Tuesday afternoon. Their visit follows a blitz from Harris through the Badger State — and other "blue wall" swing states — last week, as well as campaign events headlined by the former Democratic president. It also comes as the state begins early voting on Tuesday. Walz is also expected to give remarks in Racine, Wis., later Tuesday. The Hill/Decision Desk HQ's polling index shows Harris and former President Trump tied in the battleground state with 48.4 percent support each. The rally is scheduled to begin at 2:30 p.m. EDT.
