WOODSTOCK, Conn. (WWLP) - A fugitive from Massachusetts has been caught after officials believe he spent months camped in the woods in Connecticut.
Massachusetts man sentenced in firearm straw purchasing conspiracy
Steven Labrecque, 40, was wanted by Franklin and New Bedford police on child porn charges. After months of searching, local police requested the help of U.S. Marshals. They were able to track him down at a campsite in Woodstock, Connecticut.
He was arrested by Connecticut State Police as a fugitive from justice and is waiting to be extradited back to Massachusetts.
